1) What does TUSMES stand for?
TUSMES stands for “Turkey's Universities', SMEs' and Science centers' Integration to Europe” .
2) Which cities will trainings be held?
TUSMES Trainings will be held in Ystanbul, Kayseri, Bursa, Eski?ehir, Denizli, Gaziantep ve Adana between April 2004 and October 2004.
3) Do we have to pay for the trainings?
No. Participation in trainings are free of charge. But it is necessary to fill in the registration form and receive confirmation from TUSMES Project Office.
4) If we are not able to participate in trainings, how can we access to the training notes?
You can access to the training notes by registering to the TUSMES web site.
5) Will consultancy service be given?
Consultancy service will be given to the ones who participated in the TUSMES trainings. These services targetted the participants who want to prepare a project for the FP6 and face difficulties in that process.
6) Is the consultacy service subject to payment?
TUSMES Project team will give consultancy service free of charge from April 2004 until March 2005.
7) How can I use Consultancy Services?
In order to be able to use Consultancy Services, you must at least participate in one TUSMES training. Then you can benefit from the service via e-mail through TUSMES web site ask an expert module.
8) What are the conditions for joining TUSMES Project Competition?
Being a T.C. citizen
Being a participant in at least one of TUSMES trainings on 6FP
Being a participant in 6FP as a project leader or as a partner representing Turkey.
The project must be prepared for the FP6
Project must not be rejected by EU until the deadline of submission.
9) What are the categories of TUSMES Project Competition?
There are three categories. These are social responsibility, creativity and woman scientist. Every project submitted will be evaluated for each category.
10) How will the projects be evaluated in TUSMES Project Competition?
Project will be subject to a pre-evaluation by TUSMES Trainers. After this formal examination, final evaluation will be done by the second jury.
